Brazil challenges U.S. tariffs at WTO while pursuing talks
BRASILIA, Brazil, July 28 (UPI) -- Brazil has formally requested consultations at the World Trade Organization over new U.S. tariffs on Brazilian exports, arguing the measures violate international trade rules.
