Police have identified a man whose foot was discovered in a shoe in a canal in Vlaardingen in August. The foot belonged to a man from Delft who has been missing since June 17, 2022, police said Monday. Authorities said that he did not die as a result of a crime.The discovery followed a recent recovery of a body from the same canal where the foot had been found.
