On Monday, the court in Utrecht sentenced Johannes F., 68, to 113 days in prison and compulsory psychiatric TBS treatment for a series of sexual assaults in 2023 and 2024. The sentence is, however, equivalent to the time he has spent in pre-trial detention, meaning that he will not have to return to prison. The Utrecht resident was convicted of sexually assaulting two children, aged six and nine; sexually assaulting a woman; and indecent exposure.
