Oxford University politics student Samuel Williams, first identified by the Daily Mail, has been charged with stirring up racial hatred at a pro-Palestine demonstration in central London in October.

The man arrested for allegedly attacking a New York University college student had 16 prior arrests, many of which were in relation to sex attacks.
