President Trump pinned the blame on Gov. Tim Walz for recent cyberattacks on Minnesota's water systems, even as federal authorities are reportedly investigating Iran's role in the incident.

More than 30 Minnesota water systems were hit by a coordinated cyberattack that officials say was likely orchestrated by Iranian hackers, a report said.

Investigators cautioned that the assessment was preliminary. There were no indications that any water supply had been rendered unsafe to drink.
