April 6 (UPI) -- The Trump administration on Monday moved to end civil rights settlements with two colleges and five local school districts requiring them to prevent discrimination against transgender students.

The U.S. can continue to detain immigrants without bond, an appeals court ruled Wednesday, handing a victory to the Trump administration's crackdown on immigration.
