Rockstar could be looking to create remasters of classic games

Rockstar Games has a number of games in its portfolio that could use the remaster treatment and a recent recruitment advert on the company’s official website suggests it’s looking for someone to help do actually that. Rockstar is looking for someone to join a small and experienced team to work on classic games. It’s not definite prove that they are aiming for remasters but it does seem to imply that.

Rockstar is on the lookout for a talented Senior Gameplay Programmer with a passion for game development. You will be working as part of a small but experienced team, ideally taking responsibility for one or more classic game technology areas and stepping outside your comfort zone to work in other areas as necessary.
