Everton submit concrete offer – Working for arrival before World Cup

Earlier this month, Sport Witness covered claims from Bosnia that Everton regularly scouted him in action for Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Toffees have also followed the 21-year-old while with his club.
The same source stated he would consider the transfer if David Moyes’ side were to submit an offer.

Everton continue to scout
Bosnia’s SportSport now report the Merseyside club are still following the America-born Bosnia and Herzegovina international.
In fact, Everton scouts watched him live in PSV Eindhoven’s 6-1 win over PEC Zwolle
last Thursday. He starred, scoring two goals and contributing three assists in this match.
Esmir Bajraktarević’s performance against PEC Zwolle immediately convinced the Toffees that he’s the player they want in the summer. Therefore, ‘Everton go full throttle’ and submitted a ‘concrete offer’ to the Dutch club.
SportSport are not aware of the fee proposed by David Moyes’ side, who are now awaiting PSV’s response. Everton seem convinced he can further improve his game with a move to the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
Everton are aware his price could rise if he impresses at the World Cup and it would also attract more clubs. AFC Bournemouth have shown interest in the past while recent claims elsewhere named RB Leipzig.
Contract, value and agent info
With a contract expiring in 2029, Transfermarkt value Esmir Bajraktarević at €5m.
PSV Eindhoven, for their part, will ask for a fee much higher than this. British agency YMU Management Ltd represent the young attacker.
