Since the tournament opened on June 12, the United States has welcomed around 10 million international visitors from every continent except Antarctica. 1. This selfless soccer fan, who asked a 70-year-old man to sit with him after spotting him standing alone, holding both the Mexican and South Korean flags.

Their special friendship has gone viral since meeting at the Koreatown, Los Angeles watch party, and the two have become inseparable. After discovering that Peter is still working full-time to support himself after losing both his tools and his truck, Nate also created a GoFundMe campaign to help his new friend.
