Mike Tyson and Jake Paul clash in one of the most bizarre boxing matches in recent memory this week.

At 58 years of age, heavyweight great Tyson fights in his first professionally sanctioned bout in almost over 20 years against YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul.

The pair clash in a bout scheduled for eight rounds, but each round will only be two minutes long rather than three. They will also wear 14oz gloves rather than the traditional 10oz gloves worn in professional boxing.

Paul, who is 31 years younger than Tyson, is the favourite to win the bout with the bookies as he aims to take his pro record to 11-1, with his sole loss coming against Tommy Fury last year.

There is of course huge Irish interest on the card, with Katie Taylor defending her super-lightweight world titles against Amanda Serrano in a re-run of their 2022 Madison Square Garden classic. Expect fireworks once again!
