In a statement on the club’s official website, the Blues announced that the 19-year-old has signed a contract that will keep him at Stamford Bridge until 2034.

Chelsea and Sporting Lisbon agreed on Quenda’s transfer in March 2025, with the deal now officially completed.

Speaking after completing the move, the versatile winger and wing-back expressed his delight at joining the Premier League club.

“It feels great to be here. Chelsea is a great team, and I am excited to play here at Stamford Bridge,” Quenda said.

Meanwhile, Arsenal have announced the permanent signing of Switzerland international Géraldine Reuteler.

The 27-year-old midfielder joins the Gunners from Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt.

Reacting to the move, Reuteler said she is eager to contribute to Arsenal’s continued success.

“I want to add to the history and success of this football club, and I’m looking forward to walking out at the Emirates in front of all our supporters,” she said.
