Prosecutors Say They Found Video on Kim Zolciak’s 15-Year-Old Son’s Phone Showing Him Having Sex with a Relative Under 12

Prosecutors say they have uncovered new evidence against Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr., the 15-year-old son of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum Kim Zolciak and former NFL player Kroy Biermann. According to authorities, video found on KJ’s phone allegedly shows him having sex with a relative under the age of 12.
The accusation involves a second minor and is separate from the gym case that led to KJ’s August arrest. Prosecutors disclosed the alleged evidence at his September 11 bond hearing and said more charges are planned.
KJ was already indicted on 7 counts tied to a separate minor: aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, 3 counts of aggravated sexual battery against a child under 16, and false imprisonment. That case stems from an alleged incident in a gym changing room.

The new accusations involve alleged footage from KJ’s phone that included “multiple encounters.” Investigators also claim Biermann Jr. used “predatory [and] derogatory” language toward the child.
KJ hasn’t entered a plea and has maintained his innocence.
Sheffield filed a September 8 motion seeking to move that case to juvenile court, which would keep KJ from being tried as an adult. His arraignment is scheduled for October.
