What to know: The second-year QB is back at the top of the oddsboard with one single regular-season game remaining. The Pats are 13-3 and have also clinched the AFC East title, putting an end to Buffalo's five-year division title streak. If New England beats Miami in Week 18, and Denver loses to the Chargers, the Pats will also clinch the No. 1 seed in the AFC playoffs. On the season, Maye has 4,203 passing yards, 30 touchdowns and just eight interceptions. He is also first in the NFL in quarterback rating. In a Week 17 win over the Jets, Maye completed 19 of 21 passes for 256 yards and five TDs. Baller.

Matthew Stafford, QB, Rams: +300

What to know: Stafford had long been holding steady atop this board, but a shaky Week 17 performance, coupled with a few late-season losses by the Rams, appears to have doomed his MVP campaign. L.A. has lost three of its last five, and in those losses, Stafford has seven TDs and five picks, including three in a loss at Atlanta on Monday night. The Rams also failed to win the NFC West and are staring at the 6-seed in the NFC playoff picture.
