BIG JKPL 2025–26: Jerseys, trophies unveiled at grand ceremony in Jammu

Jammu, Dec 25: The much-awaited  BIG Jammu Kashmir Premier League (JKPL) 2025–26 by 92.7 BIG FM marked a major milestone with the grand unveiling of its official jerseys and trophies at a prestigious ceremony held at Hotel Taj Vivanta, Jammu.

The unveiling ceremony, as per a statement issued on Thursday  was graced by distinguished personalities from sports administration, healthcare, hospitality, and media. The jerseys and trophies were formally unveiled by Brigadier Anil Gupta (Retd.), Member Administration, Jammu & Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA), whose presence lent great inspiration and credibility to the occasion.

Also present on the dais was Maroof Abdullah, Founder, Jammu Kashmir Premier League, Vikrant Sharma, Cluster Head – Rest of North, 92.7 BIG FM, and RJ Juhie, Morning Show Host, 92.7 BIG FM. Together, they unveiled the league jerseys and trophies, representing the spirit of sportsmanship, unity, and excellence.

The BIG Jammu Kashmir Premier League 2025–26 is being organised with the objective of providing a professionally managed platform to young and emerging cricketing talent from the region, while also engaging fans through quality organisation, live broadcasts, and on-ground experiences.

The league is supported by esteemed partners from multiple sectors. HexaMed Diagnostics has come on board as the Title Partner, reaffirming its commitment towards youth and community development. CT University is the Powered By Partner, strengthening the link between sports and education. Kanwal Spices and Oxford Hospital are co-powered by partners, while JK Sports Time will serve as the Live Streaming Partner, ensuring extensive digital reach. Pepsi has joined as the Beverage Partner, energising the league experience while JKCA and KIS Unstoppable have also come in support of this prestigious league.

The organisers expressed heartfelt gratitude to all partners, stakeholders, and supporters for their continued encouragement and cooperation. They stated that the BIG JKPL aspires to set new benchmarks for cricket leagues in Jammu & Kashmir by blending professionalism, talent development, and entertainment.

It was further announced that the BIG Jammu Kashmir Premier League 2025–26 will kick off tomorrow at the University of Jammu Ground. The opening match is expected to witness enthusiastic participation from players and a strong turnout of cricket lovers, officials, and dignitaries. With competitive fixtures, live streaming, Radio Broadcasting and wide media coverage, the league promises to be a celebration of cricket, regional pride, and sporting excellence.

The BIG Jammu Kashmir Premier League 2025–26 will feature eight competitive teams representing different regions and organisations, promising high-intensity cricket throughout the tournament. The participating teams include Royal Goodwill Cricket Club, Kanwal Tigers, Game Changers, Tiles and Bath Cricket Club, Valley Star Ganderbal, Team Nice Gems, Power Panthers, and Sultan Warriors. Each team brings a strong mix of emerging and experienced players, adding depth, excitement, and competitiveness to the league.
