The next batch of new games coming to Game Pass has been announced, and sadly, so too has the second wave of games leaving Xbox Game Pass in October 2024. Frog Detective: The Entire Mystery, Headbangers: Rhythm Royale, Inkulinati, Lonely Mountains: Downhill, and Mineko's Night Market will all drop out of Game Pass on October 31.

Games leaving Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass on October 31

If you're after some easy Game Pass achievements, make sure you play Frog: Detective: The Entire Mystery before October 31. Unlocking all 18 achievements in the adventure game should only take you around three hours if you follow our handy Frog Detective: The Entire Mystery walkthrough.

For those with a little more free time over the next two weeks, Inkulinati and Lonely: Mountains Downhill (base list only) have completion estimates of 25-30 hours. Both games have tricky achievement lists if you want their 1,000Gs — Inkulinati has two tough difficulty-specific achievements, and Lonely Mountains Downhill requires not only a lot of skill to complete but a fair amount of grinding.

Finally, we come to Mineko's Night Market and Headbangers: Rhythm Royale. Both games have completion estimates of 30-35 hours, though Headbangers does have two title updates, which add a total of 12 hours to its completion.

As for new games joining the service, Microsoft has confirmed that Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, MechWarrior 5: Clans, Donut County, and seven more games are coming to Xbox Game Pass in the last two weeks of October.
