The Reds attacker was forced off in the second half of Forest’s Premier League clash at Chelsea. He seemed to pick up an injury when he had a shot charged down in the second half of the contest.
Gibbs-White was replaced by Nicolas Dominguez in the 77th minute at Stamford Bridge. He is due to link up with England after receiving his second international call-up.
Forest drew 1-1 with Chelsea. Chris Wood had opened the scoring but Noni Madueke equalised for the hosts. The Reds saw out the game with 10 men after James Ward-Prowse was sent off for a second bookable offence.
