SEAMUS POWER’S QUEST for a third PGA Tour title will end in strange circumstances after today’s final round at the Butterfield Bermuda Championship was postponed due to bad weather.

The PGA Tour has confirmed that the tournament results will be considered final through 54 holes in accordance with tour regulations.

A playoff between leaders Power and Austin Smotherman (-16) will be held to determine the champion and is tentatively scheduled for 9 a.m. local time (1 p.m Irish time) on Monday, subject to weather conditions.

Elsewhere, at the time of publication, Darren Clarke holds a one shot lead at the PGA Tour Champions’ Stifel Charity Classic, with five holes to play.
