Samsung has unveiled a new series of microSD cards inspired by SEGA’s Sonic the Hedgehog franchise. The new microSD cards are highly durable and carry the Sonic the Hedgehog PRO Plus’ name. These durable memory cards come for various storage needs and come in four variants. They combine functionality with a touch of nostalgic gaming charm.

The Sonic the Hedgehog PRO Plus microSD card series features unique designs for each storage variant. The 128GB card showcases a red icon of Knuckles and costs $23.99. The 256GB card features yellow Tails and costs $36.99. The 512GB option displays a blue Sonic icon. It costs $68.99, and the 1TB variant includes a black Shadow icon for $125.99. These cards combine eye-catching designs with practical storage options.

The Sonic the Hedgehog PRO Plus microSD cards are A2-rated with impressive sequential read and write speeds of up to 180 MB/s and 130 MB/s, respectively. Customers who sign up on Samsung’s official website can enjoy a 30% discount and receive notifications when the cards become available.

These memory cards are built for extreme durability. They can survive submersion in 3% salt water up to 1 meter deep for 72 hours. They are also resistant to high temperatures, magnetic fields, and X-rays.
