Per the streaming service, the official logline for the hotly anticipated event reads, “Netflix and Most Valuable Promotions (MVP) present a heavyweight boxing mega-event headlined by The Problem Child, Jake ‘El Gallo’ Paul (9-1, 6 KOs) vs. the Baddest Man on the Planet, Mike Tyson (50-6, 44 KOs).
“Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson will stream live globally, exclusively on Netflix on Friday, November 15, 2024, from the 80,000-seat capacity AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, home of the NFL’s Dallas Cowboys.”
According to Netflix, the Paul vs. Tyson event is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT and “will be available to stream live globally on all Netflix plans, at no additional cost to subscribers.”
The Paul vs. Tyson bout is one of four boxing matches on the main card. Beginning at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m., viewers will get the following matches in order: Neeraj Goyat vs. Whindersson Nunes (six 3-minute rounds) and Mario Barrios vs. Abel Ramos (for the WBC welterweight world title, which will be 12 3-minute rounds).

The third fight on the card will be a rematch between Katie Taylor (23-1, 6 KOs) and unified featherweight world champion Amanda Serrano (47-2-1, 31 KOs) for the undisputed super lightweight world title. The Taylor vs. Serrano match is set for 10 two-minute rounds).
The last fight on the main card is Paul and Tyson’s match, which is set for eight 2-minute rounds.
The streamer noted that the event will also “feature live commentary in English, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, French and German.”
The Jake Paul Vs. Mike Tyson Fight Was Originally Scheduled For July
According to ESPN, Jake Paul was supposed to square off in the ring against Mike Tyson on July 20, but the match was postponed because Tyson had an ulcer flare-up.
"Although we had to postpone the fight, I will resume training shortly. I am thankful to the medical staff that treated me and to MVP, Netflix, and AT&T Stadium for working diligently to find the best-rescheduled date for all parties," Tyson said in a statement issued after the fight was postponed. "While we have a new date, the result will be the same no matter when we fight. Jake Paul is getting knocked out."
Tyson turned 58 on June 30 while Paul turned 27 on January 17. ESPN noted that the 31-year age gap between for former boxing champ and YouTube star is the biggest in the history of pro boxing.
Also, the publication noted, that the fight on Netflix Friday night marks Tyson’s first professional boxing match in 19 years.
The Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson boxing event is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. on Netflix, with three bouts on the card before the main event.
