The Black Maidens followed up their dominant 6-0 first-leg win in Accra with a comfortable 2-0 victory in Monrovia to advance with ease and remain on course for another appearance at the global tournament.
Seidatu Wahab opened the scoring with a superbly struck free-kick before Juliana Gyekyewaa added a second, also from a set-piece, as Ghana sealed another convincing result away from home.
The latest triumph extends an impressive qualifying campaign for the Black Maidens, who had already brushed aside Togo 8-0 on aggregate in the opening round.
Ghana have now scored 16 goals without conceding a single goal in four qualifying matches, underlining their dominance throughout the campaign.
Their reward is a decisive final-round clash against Senegal, with a place at the FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup at stake.
The first leg is scheduled to take place between July 3 and 5, while the return fixture will be played from July 10 to 12, 2026.
Senegal secured their place in the final qualifying round after overcoming Ivory Coast in the previous stage.
