Transfer interest from Manchester City, Chelsea and Manchester United is not affecting Antoine Semenyo’s performances, according to Bournemouth manager Andoni Iraola, who insists the forward remains fully committed amid growing speculation around his future.

Iraola played down the impact of the January transfer noise, stressing that his priority is ensuring the Ghana international continues to deliver on the pitch for the Cherries.

Semenyo has emerged as one of the most sought-after players ahead of the winter window, with several Premier League heavyweights monitoring his situation closely.

Manchester City, Liverpool, Tottenham and Manchester United are all reported to be weighing up potential moves for the 25-year-old, whose form has been central to Bournemouth’s attacking threat this season.

He has eight league goals and three assists across 16 games.

Interest has intensified following confirmation of a £65 million release clause in his contract, increasing expectations that the south coast club could face bids in the coming weeks.

Despite the speculation, Iraola made clear that Semenyo’s day-to-day approach has not changed.

“Semenyo right now is with us. He trained today with us. I know that there is lots of noise around him. Not my concern, my concern is it doesn’t affect his performances. It is not doing, he is very committed to the team and I hope we can keep him here.

“Situation we cannot control, but Antoine right now is our player. Going to continue playing for us. If you ask me, I don’t want to lose him, definitely don’t. But every time the market opens, you never know what is going to happen.”

Bournemouth are preparing for the possibility of interest translating into formal offers, but the club’s immediate focus remains on maintaining momentum during a demanding run of fixtures.

Semenyo has been a consistent presence in Iraola’s system, offering pace, physicality and directness, qualities that have underpinned Bournemouth’s attacking balance.
