‘We must align and fight together’ – Didi Dramani rallies Hearts of Oak faithful
· GhanaSoccernetMas-Ud Didi Dramani has issued a heartfelt rallying call to Hearts of Oak supporters ahead of the Boxing Day clash with FC Samartex 1996, urging unity, patience and collective belief as the club pushes for sustained success.
The Ghana Premier League match week 16 clash will be staged at the University of Ghana Stadium.
The Hearts coach used his pre-match address to connect performance on the pitch with support off it.
“Our fans are the people we love. Merry Christmas to you all,” Dramani said, before calling on supporters to remain engaged beyond results. “Continue to support our dear club, continue to give your help, and align with the principles, philosophies, and culture we want to build around the club.”
“Sometimes the game becomes difficult, sometimes it becomes very interesting. That is part of the love of the game.
“We are doing our very best to turn things around and make the club very formidable through consistency and sustainable approaches.
“We make mistakes, we correct them. There will be weaknesses, strengths, and challenges. We must align and fight together so we can move forward as one team.”
Hearts of Oak head into the game on the back of a spirited goalless draw away at Aduana FC and sit third with 25 points while Samartex are sixth with 24 points.
