NPFL: Tornadoes goalie earns invitation for CAR AFCON 2027 qualifiers

Niger Tornadoes goalkeeper, Alladoum Francis Kolimba has been recalled to the Central African Republic national team for the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Mauritania and Burkina Faso, DAILY POST reports.

Kolimba last featured for CAR in the 2023 African Cup of Nations qualifier against Angola.

The shot stopper has been capped three times by his country.

His return to the national team follows his move to Niger Tornadoes.

He is, however, yet to make an appearance for the Ikon Allah Boys this season.

The Central African Republic will face Mauritania away on Thursday, 24 September.

They will host Burkina Faso at home four days later.
