Transfer: ‘Top player’ – Lamine Yamal welcomes Julian Alvarez to Barcelona

Barcelona winger, Lamine Yamal, has welcomed Atletico Madrid striker, Julian Alvarez to join the Blaugrana.

Yamal described the Argentina international as a top player, adding that the Barcelona family is waiting for him with open arms at Camp Nou.

Alvarez has been strongly linked with a move to the LaLiga champions this summer transfer window.

Speaking to Mundo Deportivo, the Spain international said of Alvarez, “We wait for him at Barça with open arms.

“Julian for sure is that kind of player everyone wants to play with. He is absolutely perfect for Barça style.”

“He’s a top player, we all know that. I hope he joins,” he further stated.
