EPL: ‘Stop playing him there’ – Neville sends message to Carrick over Yoro’s position
by Don Silas · Daily PostManchester United legend, Gary Neville, has sent a message to manager Michael Carrick regarding defender Leny Yoro’s position in his squad.
Speaking on The Overlap, Neville urged Carrick to stop deploying the 20-year-old Frenchman as a right-back for Man United.
Carrick had played Yoro as a right-back during Man United’s Premier League draw at Everton last weekend.
“I don’t think Yoro understands right-back, which is fine, a lot of centre-backs don’t,” Neville said on The Overlap.
