CAF Confederation Cup: King vows El-Kanemi won’t disappoint against UNID
by Taiwo Adesanya · Daily PostEl-Kanemi Warriors technical adviser Emmanuel King has promised that the team will not disappoint ahead of their CAF Confederation Cup first preliminary round clash against Union Desportivo of Guinea-Bissau.
The Borno Army will host Union Desportivo in the first leg at the Remo Stars Stadium in Ikenne on Sunday.
King said his team will work hard to justify the trust and confidence placed in the squad during a visit by Borno State Commissioner Saina Buba.
“This team will not disappoint you,” King stated during the visit.

“We will do everything possible to make Borno State proud and also justify the investment and confidence you have in us.”
El-Kanemi Warriors will travel to Bissau for the second leg next week.
