Champions League: Bashir Ahmad predicts two teams to play final

Bashir Ahmad, ex-media aide to former president Muhammadu Buhari, has predicted the two teams that will play this season’s Champions League final.

A well-known fan of Real Madrid, Ahmad has claimed the LaLiga giants will face Arsenal for the trophy in June.

Madrid has eliminated Manchester City in the Round of 16 and will face Bayern Munich in the quarter-final.

On the other side of the draw bracket, Arsenal will play Sporting in the last eight, after seeing off Bayer Leverkusen.

Ahmad wrote on X: “It is starting to feel inevitable that we are going to have a Real Madrid vs Arsenal UCL final.

“Anyway, Real Madrid are a different breed when it comes to finals. So let’s have it.”
