EPL: Gerrard names Arsenal player he wishes Liverpool signed

Liverpool failed to bring the England international to Anfield three years ago as the Gunners signed him from West Ham United.
Arsenal paid over £100 million for Rice’s signature, and the midfielder has now become among the best midfielders in the world, according to Gerrard.
Speaking to TNT Sports, Gerrard said of Rice, “He is going from strength to strength.
“Rice has become one of the best in the world, and I wish Liverpool had signed him.
“David Moyes has really schooled him (at West Ham United) in how to play the position tactically.”
