by · Daily Post

Real Madrid are now six points behind LaLiga leaders Barcelona following a 2-1 defeat to Atletico Madrid on Sunday evening.

Jose Mourinho’s men came into the Derby looking to keep pace with Barca, who had beaten Sevilla a day before.

But the match at the Wanda Metropolitano took a big turn after Dean Huijsen was shown a straight red card.

Alejandro Grimaldo put Ateltico in front from the penalty that was awarded after the sending off.
