Four northern clubs gain promotion to NNL

Four clubs have gained promotion to the 2026/27 Nigeria National League, NNL, DAILY POST reports.

The clubs are Mighty Jets Feeders FC, Neurospark FC, DMD FC and Junior Danburam FC.

Mighty Jets and Neurospark FC finished top of Groups A and B, respectively, at the Lafia Centre with six points each.

DMD FC and Junior Danburam FC finished top at the Damaturu and Dutse centres, respectively, with nine points each.

The teams earned promotion to the NNL after impressive performances at the 2026 Nationwide League One (NLO) playoff tournament.

The promoted teams will compete in the Northern Conference of the NNL next season.

The South-West representatives will be decided at the NLO playoff tournament scheduled to hold in Abeokuta and Ado Ekiti later this month.
