NPFL: Heavy downpour stops Rangers vs Nasarawa United game

The Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, rescheduled matchday three fixture between Rangers and Nasarawa United has been postponed due to heavy downpour.

The game at the Dan Anyiam Stadium, Owerri was halted in the 63rd minute after continuous downpour affected play and visibility.

At the time of suspension, the scoreline was 1-1.

Nasarawa United had scored first through Sunday Dapman, before Rangers equalised one minute later through Iwundu Chidozie.

The remaining part of the encounter will be played by 8.30am on Friday morning.
