Transfer: Mourinho picks two midfielders to keep at Real Madrid

by · Daily Post

Real Madrid manager, Jose Mourinho, is eager to keep both Aurelien Tchouameni and Federico Valverde at the club.

Dani Ceballos has already left the LaLiga club as a free agent this summer.

Eduardo Camavinga’s future at the Santiago Bernabeu is also uncertain, but Mourinho wants Tchouameni and Valverde in his squad for next season.

Tchouameni has now signed a new five-year contact with Madrid and it will be confirmed in the coming days.

“Aurélien Tchouaméni signed new deal at Real Madrid until June 2031 with lawyers already approving all terms,” football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, wrote on X.

“José Mourinho has been clear; he wanted both Tchouaméni and Valverde to stay.

“More players will sign new deals at Madrid.”
