NPFL: Bendel Insurance demand discipline from players in second round

Bendel Insurance players have been urged to maintain their discipline ahead of the second stanza of the Nigeria Premier Football League,.NPFL.

General Manager of the club, Charles Ihimekpen, gave the advice in a statement marking the end of the first stanza.

Ihimekpen enjoined the players to return refreshed for the second half of the campaign.

Part of the statement reads, “The management appeals to the players to remain disciplined and ensure they return refreshed to continue with the impressive performance in the NPFL.”

Meanwhile the Bendel Insurance players have been granted a five-day break for the festive period.

DAILY POST reports that Benin Arsenals have turned around their season since Kennedy Boboye took over the technical adviser role at the club.

Bendel Insurance are yet to taste defeat in their last seven NPFL matches.

They climbed up to ninth position in the NPFL table with 26 points.
