Water level in Mullaperiyar dam stood at 114.45 feet (the maximum permissible level is 142 ft.) with an inflow of 294 cusecs and a discharge of 100 cusecs. In Vaigai dam, the level was 54.95 ft. (the maximum level is 71 ft.) with an inflow of 27 cusecs and a discharge of 1,072 cusecs. Combined storage in Periyar credit was 2,044.12 mcft.
