Alappuzha MCH team wins quiz competition

A team comprising Anand T. and Javed Anees, postgraduate students at the Department of General Medicine at Government Medical College Hospital (MCH) Alappuzha, has bagged the first prize in the Dr. S.D. Deodhar All India Intercollegiate Postgraduate Rheumatology Quiz competition organised by the Indian Rheumatology Association.

The competition witnessed participation from premier medical institutions across the country. The MCH Alappuzha team had secured first place in the State and zonal level contests to qualify for the national competition. The team secured the top position competing against teams from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, AIIMS Raipur, AIIMS Bhubaneswar, Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research, Kolkata and Government Medical College, Aurangabad.
