Water level in Mullaperiyar dam stood at 114.30 feet (the maximum permissible level is 142 ft.) with an inflow of 197 cusecs and a discharge of 100 cusecs. In Vaigai dam, the level was 55.32 ft. (the maximum level is 71 ft.) with an inflow of 25 cusecs and a discharge of 72 cusecs. Combined storage in Periyar credit was 2,028.26 mcft.
