Is Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson free on Netflix? How to watch and stream boxing fight

Mike Tyson and Jake Paul's controversial fight takes place this weekend as the boxing legend comes out of retirement to take on the YouTuber.

Fans of boxing have had mixed responses at best to the bout particularly due to 58-year-old Tyson's chequered health recently. Back in May, the former undisputed world heavyweight champion suffered an ulcer flare-up on a flight which ultimately led to it being postponed until this weekend.

Some had suggested that this incident should have seen the flight thrown out altogether but Tyson has since returned to full fitness and the AT&T Stadium awaits this weekend. If you cannot be at the 80,000 capacity stadium in Texas, MEN Sport has taken a look at how you can follow all the action.

How to watch Paul vs Tyson

In a first for the streaming giant, Netflix will be broadcasting the fight across the globe on their platform. Fans will not be able to access the fight via a pay-per-view model.

Instead, subscribers for Netflix will be able to watch the bout for free as part of their subscription. Netflix does not offer free trials in the UK but those wishing to subscribe can do so for as little as £4.99 per month with adverts or £10.99 per month without.

The official fight purse will be announced after the fight but Paul has claimed he will be earning £31.5m from the bout. Meanwhile, Tyson is expected to take home £15.8m.

When is the fight and what are the rules?

The card will begin at 1am UK time on Saturday, November 16 with the main event scheduled for around 4am. The fight is scheduled to be eight two-minute rounds, and knockouts are allowed.

Neither fighter shall wear a head guard but their gloves shall weigh 14oz rather than the standard 10oz.
