Peni Parker rounds out Spider-Man's team in Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls

Spider-Man, Peni Parker, Starlord, and Ms. Marvel form the Amazing Guardians as we get a look at Tokon's new Knowhere stage and team name generator.

Peni Parker, with her spider-themed mech suit, has been confirmed for Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls, rounding out Spider-Man’s team. With Arc System Works having hosted the Arc World Tour Finals 2025 - 2026 this weekend, Marvel Tokon got a fresh look, and with it we got to see Peni and few other newly revealed features for the game.

Peni Parker got her time to shine in a new Amazing Guardians trailer for Marvel Tokon. As characters have now been revealed in factions of four, such as the X-Men, the Amazing Guardians are led by Spider-Man. The team features previously revealed characters Ms. Marvel and Starlord, and now the newly revealed Peni Parker to round out the team. Peni is a big body, or rather, her mech is. It takes up a lot of the screen and belts the enemy with large attacks and projectiles. Though Peni plays big, she doesn’t look like a grappler. More a large brawler.

Peni wasn’t the only thing revealed as part of this trailer, we also got our first look at Knowhere, the home base of the Guardians of the Galaxy. It’s the severed head of a Celestial operated and administrated by Cosmo, the telepathic and telekinetic Soviet space dog. In addition, Marvel Tokon showed off its new team name generator, which produces unique team names for whatever crew you put together. The team’s name will be determined by the combination of characters you pick.

Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls is on track for an August 6, 2026 release, and there’s still plenty of content to see along the way as Arc System Works fills out at least three more teams. Stay tuned to the Marvel Tokon topic for more updates.
