Blue Mary is coming to Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves next week
Given the rest of this week's fighting game updates, some nice, wholesome, Commando Sambo in City of the Wolves sounds much less stressful.
by TJ Denzer · ShacknewsBlue Mary is the next character headed to the roster of Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, and she’s coming next week. The Commando Sambo-using friend and rival to Terry Bogard is throwing her knockdown, drag-out style back into the ring as the third character of Season 2 DLC for the game.
Blue Mary’s release date in Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves was announced with a new trailer showing off her moves and supers. She’ll come out on all versions of the game on March 26, 2026, as part of the Season 2 DLC. For those who don’t know, Blue Mary brings a strike-/throw-heavy style of combat to the game. She uses Commando Sambo and works her way in on opponents to confirm many of her specials into command grabs for nasty damage extensions.
Blue Mary follows after the kick-focused rushdown of Kim Jae Hoon and the defensive counterplay of Nightmare Geese, making her a nicely differentiated addition to this year’s DLC. We still have Wolfgang Krauser and a two “mystery” fighters waiting around the corner as well.
With Blue Mary set to launch in City of the Wolves next week, Fatal Fury continues a strong year of Season 2 content. Stay tuned to the City of the Wolves topic for more updates.
