Pro ‘Fortnite’ Gamer Cody ‘Clix’ Conrod Launches New Holding Company Full Box to Align Owned Businesses, Collabs and Philanthropy (EXCLUSIVE)
by Jennifer Maas · VarietyProfessional “Fornite” player and star gamer Cody “Clix” Conrod has launched Full Box Inc., a creator-led holding company to encompasses his nine businesses, ventures and community initiatives
A nod to the sport itself, the name “Full Box” comes directly from the massive Epic Games-developed online game, where the term describes surrounding an opponent with control, skill and competitive execution. Per Full Box, the name “reflects both the competitive mindset that has defined [Conrod’s] career and the company’s approach to building a complete business ecosystem around a creator.”

Joining Conrod at Full Box is Darren Glover, who spent six years building the gaming division at VaynerSports and served as Conrod’s first agent. Glove is set as CEO while Conrod serves as Founder and Chief Creative Officer and continues to compete and stream at the highest level of Fortnite.
Full Box is focusing its holdings around three pillars: Operating Companies, Full Box Ventures and Impact. Built around Conrod’s commitment to giving back to the community he grew up with, Full Box Inc.’s Impact arm houses the Dr3amin Access Fund, a career development initiative providing kids with gaming PCs, hardware and programming designed to create pathways into competitive gaming, content creation and game development. The Fund formalizes Conrod’s longstanding grassroots efforts, which delivered more than $250,000 in gaming equipment through Clixmas, his large-scale holiday event, in 2025.
“When we’re talking about new talent in the space, little short story, a gaming computer that I gave away around two years ago to a kid that was on 60 FPS playing on a console, had no earnings, I gave him a Clixmas computer, and now he’s literally here in Belgium competing for $10 million right next to me, and he made over $150,000,” Conrod tells Variety. “So that one kid, his name is Josh Riley, happened off of me giving away, I think at that time was like 40 computers. So as time gets on, and now that it’s an official thing, where people could now give us money in the Dr3amin Access Fund, and we could give that back, how many more kids can we help elevate and give access to, where they could actually become that? So these next five years is really just continuing to build it.”
Full Box Inc.’s Operating Companies comprise of owned businesses, including:
● Clix Gaming, a content and production company spanning live streaming, competitive gaming,
brand partnerships, and interactive digital experiences across Fortnite and Roblox.
● Clix Creative: A creator-led game studio building experiences within the competitive Fortnite
ecosystem, built around ranked play, personal progression and tournaments.
● Dr3amin Clothing, the apparel and lifestyle brand inspired by Conrod’s personal journey.
Full Box Ventures currently supports:
● Reach Clipping: The fastest-growing clipping agency on Content Rewards, helping creators and
brands scale short-form distribution through performance-based clipping campaigns.
● Real Sports App: A booming social sports platform combining live scores and play-by-play with
community, conversation and gaming at its core.
● Rorra: A next-generation water filtration company focused on making cleaner water more
accessible.
● TapCaps: A brand co-founded alongside fellow creator Lacy, blending gaming and mainstream
culture through limited-edition blind-box collectibles that double as clickable fidget toys and
functional keyboard keycaps.
● XSET: A gaming lifestyle brand and media network where Conrod serves as a competitive player
and co-owner.
Glover says the Full Box business is comprised of multiple revenue streams which are all built around, but not beholden to, Conrod’s Fortnite presence.
“Fortnite, Roblox, Minecraft, and Grand Theft Auto are the only games that you can earn within the game itself,” Glover says. “So our business model is vertically integrated, which is very unique in the gaming world, where there are lots of people that make content about video games and they monetize on the media of the content, which is great. That’s a super simple way, but that’s a really bumpy road to create a business around that. Fortnite gives you the ability to make money by playing the game. You’re creating content about the game. We have a creator code; that’s people putting in an affiliate link in the store when they buy something. They’re supporting Clix by putting in code Clix, which is a whole different content model and a fun thing that Cody has created are these, ‘Use Code Clix’ commercials. So we have an affiliate link model from all the commerce that’s happening inside of the store. We have games and experiences that we’re building with Clix Creative that we monetize specifically based on engagement, very similar to a YouTube model… So we’re making revenue for the business by players playing our maps and experiences. So we we’ve got this like very cool model that we make content about the game and we make content within the game. So for us, it’s not about trying to predict where the game goes.”
This includes not only an ongoing professional relationship with Epic Games, but also its major investor, Disney.
Glover added: “And we have a really good relationship with Disney. I just saw Josh [D’Amaro], the CEO, last Friday, and praised him for his belief in Fortnite. So for us, it’s not about trying to predict where they go. It’s just us creating the infrastructure that’s going to support wherever they take it.”
