‘Fallout’ returns for Season 2 tonight — How to watch the premiere for free
· New York PostWe’re going back to the wasteland a little earlier than expected.
Season 2 of Prime Video’s hit series “Fallout,” originally slated to premiere on Dec. 17, will now hit the streamer later tonight on Dec. 16.
Based on the popular video game of the same name, “Fallout” is a post-apocalyptic drama set amidst societal collapse two centuries after the Great War of 2077. The series, which stars Ella Purnell and Walton Goggins, follows “the gentle denizens of luxury fallout shelters” as they are “forced to return to the irradiated hellscape their ancestors left behind—and are shocked to discover an incredibly complex, gleefully weird, and highly violent universe waiting for them.”
The new season will pick up where Season 1 left off; per Prime Video, the new set of eight episodes “take audiences along for a journey through the wasteland of the Mojave to the post-apocalyptic city of New Vegas.”
