Player prop season is back as we move into Week 1 of the NFL season. 

The game is completely different now, as player props can now be found not just at dozens of sportsbooks but also at prediction markets that often give you better pricing.

Omarion Hampton to score a touchdown (-141, xProphet)

Mike McDaniel is the most running-back-friendly offensive coordinator in the NFL, and Omarion Hampton was highly productive when healthy last season.

Los Angeles comes into this game as a nearly double-digit favorite, so you’d have to think that the Chargers have plenty of plays inside the five-yard line.

Arizona allowed 19 rushing touchdowns last season, ninth-most in the NFL. 

The Cardinals are projected to be a bad team this year, with one of the lowest Over/Under win totals in the NFL, and I see no reason to think Hampton doesn’t get into the end zone Sunday. 

Most books have his touchdown prop at -180 odds, so this is a great price on the prediction market xProphet, which is legal in nearly every state.

Breece Hall to score a touchdown (+115, Fanatics Sportsbook) | 2+ touchdowns (+800, FanDuel)

The Jets have a must-win against the Titans in Week 1 by most people’s standards.

If they lose to their former coach Robert Saleh on Sunday, they face the Packers, Lions and Bears through Week 4. It’s a critical week for the Jets to get the season off to a decent start.

In comes Breece Hall, who could have a massive game to start the year, as the Titans were a run funnel last year, allowing 21 touchdowns on the ground, the fourth-most in the NFL.

Saleh is a good defensive coordinator, though it’s still unclear what he is as a head coach. 

Hall is healthy and has an underrated offensive line against a Titans defense that is starting multiple rookies in their front seven.
