Zach Wilson congratulates Aaron Rodgers on marriage to mystery wife

Shortly after Aaron Rodgers and the Steelers sealed a 28-15 victory over Zach Wilson and the Dolphins on “Monday Night Football,” Gang Green’s former quarterbacks had a warm exchange on the field, with the Jets’ former first-round pick congratulating his mentor on his recent union to a mysterious bride.

“Congrats on getting married,” Wilson, six months removed from his own wedding to wife Nicolette, told Rodgers on the field at Acrisure Stadium.

The four-time league MVP then tapped Wilson, 26, on the shoulder in appreciation.

Rodgers, 42, stunned the masses in June by confirming that he’s been married “a couple of months.”

The quarterback, most recently involved with a woman named Brittani, has publicly gushed about his wife, who has remained out of sight and is an apparent mystery to his family.

Prior to his marriage, Rodgers was engaged to actress Shailene Woodley.

The future Hall of Famer is in his first season with the Steelers following two seasons with the Jets, where he and Wilson first crossed paths.

Rodgers arrived in New York to much fanfare in April 2023 after a blockbuster trade with the Packers, with whom he played for 18 seasons and won a championship.

He was set to serve as the starter while Wilson, the Jets’ second-overall pick in 2021, took a reset year following a rocky two-season run.

That plan came crashing down just four plays into the 2023 season when Rodgers ruptured his Achilles.

Wilson was thrust under center, and the Jets finished the year at 7-10. He was traded to the Broncos after the season and signed with the Dolphins in free agency this past March.

Wilson was passed over on Wednesday with the Dolphins choosing to start Quinn Ewers, as they benched Tua Tagovailoa with team out of playoff contention.

Meanwhile, the Steelers lead the AFC North at 8-6 and face the Lions, Browns and Ravens in their final three regular-season games.

Rodgers last reached the postseason with the Packers during the 2021 season.
