Everton and Newcastle want to sign Ben White

Newcastle United are interested in signing the Arsenal defender Ben White at the end of the season.

They need to bring in a quality replacement for Kieran Trippier, who will be out of contract at the end of the season. White has struggled to secure regular playing time at Arsenal and needs to leave to play more often.

White has also been linked with Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester United.

Ben White needs a move

The move to Newcastle could be ideal for all parties. White can operate as both a right back and a central defender. He could prove to be the ideal utility man for Newcastle.

According to a report from Sports Boom, Everton is also interested in signing the 28-year-old Arsenal defender. He could be a quality alternative to Seamus Coleman at Everton.

The Gunners paid £50 million for him when they signed him in 2021, but he has not been able to live up to the expectations. It will be interesting to see if they are prepared to cash in on him.

Newcastle and Everton could be exciting opportunities for the player. They could help him get his career back on track with regular football. However, Arsenal will have to be reasonable in their demands for the move to go through.

White would be a handy option

White has previously shown his quality with Brighton, and he has impressed at Arsenal as well. There is no doubt that he has the qualities to succeed at Newcastle or Everton. He is at the peak of his career, and he will look to get back to his best once again.
