Baseball

– Nick Collingbourne, Tech: The senior struck out eight while throwing a five-inning two-hitter as the Roadrunners rolled to a 14-0 win over Del Sol.

– Zach Franke, Palo Verde: The sophomore struck out five and allowed four hits while going the distance, and the Panthers scored an unearned run in the second inning to beat Bonanza 1-0.

– DaMari Hall, Bishop Gorman: The senior went 3-for-4 with a home run, a triple and three RBIs in the Gaels’ 9-4 victory over Durango.

– Ryder Metz, Coronado: The sophomore struck out 10 while throwing a complete-game five-hitter, and also went 3-for-5 with a double and two RBIs to lead the Cougars past Desert Oasis 9-1.

– Kevin Ruiz Sanchez, Desert Pines: The senior went 3-for-5 with two doubles and five RBIs, and also was the winning pitcher in the Jaguars’ three-inning 15-0 win over Sunrise Mountain.

Softball

– Maliah Harrell, Arbor View: The senior went 3-for-3 with a home run and three RBIs to help the Aggies beat Centennial 12-2 in five innings.

– Julia Leavitt, Virgin Valley: The senior went 3-for-3 with a home run, a triple and two RBIs as the Bulldogs cruised past Boulder City 10-2.

Boys volleyball

– Porter Hughes, Basic: The senior finished with 22 kills, 11 digs, three blocks and the match-ending service ace in the Wolves’ 25-21, 22-25, 25-23, 25-21 win over Arbor View.

– Jagger Mendenhall, Palo Verde: The senior recorded 29 assists while helping the Panthers defeat Green Valley 25-13, 25-18, 25-21.

– Derean Sherarer, Foothill: The senior logged 10 assists and four digs to help the Falcons sweep Sierra Vista 25-17, 25-10, 25-18.

– Blake Thompson, Cheyenne: The junior had 18 kills and six aces in the Desert Shields’ 18-25, 25-11, 25-23, 25-16 win over Valley.

– Mau Tuiaana, Centennial: The senior had eight blocks, six kills and two aces to lead the Bulldogs to a four-set victory over Coronado.
