NVIDIA GeForce Game Ready 621.14 WHQL Driver Released
by John Papadopoulos · DSOGamingNVIDIA has just released a new driver for its graphics cards. This new driver is the NVIDIA GeForce Game Ready 621.14 WHQL Driver, and it is for both Windows 10 and Windows 11. So, let’s take a closer look at it.
The reason I’m mentioning both Win10 and Win11 is that NVIDIA plans to drop support for Windows 10. However, this new driver works on both Windows 10 and Windows 11. I’ve already successfully installed this driver on my PC system. I don’t know if future drivers will somehow be blocked on Windows 10. For the time being, this driver is also compatible with Win10.
This new driver aims to deliver the best gaming experience in several new and updated games. According to NVIDIA, it offers optimal performance in World of Warcraft: Forever and the new Slaughter Mode in DOOM: The Dark Ages | Revelations.
The driver also adds support for DLSS 5 with 3D-Guided Neural Rendering in Hogwarts Legacy and War Thunder. This brings NVIDIA’s latest rendering tech to both games.
The update also fixes a few known issues. In Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4, some players may have seen the wrong colors on screen. This driver fixes that visual bug.
NVIDIA has also fixed a video playback issue on some GeForce RTX 50 Series GPUs and RTX Spark systems. After installing Game Ready Driver 621.01, videos could freeze or show a black screen. The new driver fixes this problem.
As always, you can download this new driver from its official website. Below, you can also find its full changelog.
