Stellar Blade is the latest Denuvo game that has been cracked
by John Papadopoulos · DSOGamingStellar Blade is the latest victim of ‘voices38’ as he was able to crack its Denuvo anti-tamper tech. Sony released Stellar Blade on PC in June 2025. This means that it took the cracker almost a year to crack it. Moreover, despite what other publishers usually do, Sony has not removed it yet.
Now I know there was a HYPERVISOR Bypass for Stellar Blade. However, as I’ve said before, I’m not a big fan of those bypasses.
You see, in order to use the HYPERVISOR Bypass, you have to disable some security features in Windows. That is a no-no for me, no matter how much you wanted to play Stellar Blade. With the voices38 crack, you don’t have to do anything like that.
I should also note that this crack is also bypassing Denuvo. It does not completely remove it. All the Denuvo cracks we’ve gotten so far, from both EMPRESS and voices38, are bypasses. In other words, Denuvo will still run in the background. So, it will be meaningless to test and compare the cracked and the non-cracked versions.
What really matters here is how safe these cracks are. These work like your typical cracks. You just drop the crack in the game folder, and that’s it. You don’t have to mess with your operating system in any way.
As always, we won’t allow any links to the crack. So, if you share any download links in the Comment section, your comment will be removed. So, don’t bother doing it. I’m pretty sure that you will be able to find the cracked version quite easily via a simple Google search. Still, this doesn’t mean we can’t talk about it. In my opinion, it is quite fascinating witnessing the cracking scene, or should I say voices38, cracking Denuvo games.
Right now, Sony is punishing only the legitimate owners of Stellar Blade. Pirates can now play it. So, keeping Denuvo does not really make any sense. Thus, let’s hope that it will follow the example of some other publishers and that it will remove it via a new update.
For instance, Capcom has removed Denuvo from a lot of its PC titles. In November 2025, they removed it from Onimusha 2: Samurai’s Destiny. Monster Hunter Rise, Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin, and Resident Evil Village are also Denuvo-free as we speak. Similarly, Resident Evil 2 Remake and Resident Evil 3 Remake no longer use it. In July 2025, the Japanese team also removed it from Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess. Plus, Capcom has recently removed it from Resident Evil 4 Remake. So, it will be interesting to see when the team will remove it from Requiem.
Another publisher that has removed Denuvo from its games is Square Enix. For instance, it has removed it from DRAGON QUEST I & II HD-2D Remake. In December 2025, they also removed it from Just Cause 3. SE has also removed it from The Diofield Chronicle, VALKYRIE ELYSIUM, TRIANGLE STRATEGY, LIVE A LIVE, and Forspoken. Moreover, both Octopath Traveler and its sequel no longer use it. And that’s not all. In May 2024, SE removed it from Star Ocean The Second Story R. Finally, in March 2025, the publisher removed it from Final Fantasy 16.
Other companies have also removed Denuvo from several of their games. In March 2023, KRAFTON removed Denuvo from The Callisto Protocol. NEOWIZ has also removed it from its Souls-like game, Lies of P. In October 2024, Gearbox removed it from Homeworld 3, too.
And that’s not all. Bethesda’s Wolfenstein Youngblood, Ghostwire: Tokyo, and Doom Eternal no longer have it. Then we have Bandai Namco, which has removed it from Tekken 7 and NARUTO TO BORUTO: SHINOBI STRIKER. Plus, Warner Bros has removed it from Gotham Knights, Back 4 Blood, and Mortal Kombat 11.
Stay tuned for more!
