Microsoft Shares New Details and Trailer for Clockwork Revolution
by John Papadopoulos · DSOGamingMicrosoft has released a new trailer for Clockwork Revolution and launched its Steam store page, which has revealed some new details about it. So, let’s see what this new game from inXile is all about.
Clockwork Revolution is a first-person RPG where you create your own character from the start. You can choose different equipment, skills, and abilities to match the way you want to play. Your choices will unlock special powers and tools. You can hack enemy robots, build steampunk-style weapons and gadgets, and even use the power of time to change events around you. The game will give players the freedom to shape their character and solve challenges in different ways.
The game takes place in Avalon, a large city inspired by the Victorian era. Robot guards will patrol the streets, while rich people use advanced clockwork arms and legs to replace missing limbs. Moreover, Steam-powered trains will fly through the sky, and mechanical servants will help their owners with everyday tasks. Avalon promises to be a unique city where old-fashioned style and advanced technology exist side by side.
In Clockwork Revolution, you play as Morgan Vanette. You can travel between the past and the present as you fight Lady Ironwood, a powerful woman who has used time travel to become rich and stay in control. Because of her actions, many working people live hard lives while she grows stronger. The choices you make during the story will matter. Small actions can lead to big changes, affecting people, events, and the world around you in surprising ways.
Players will explore Avalon, a city filled with poverty, conflict, and strange machines. The city can be dangerous, unpredictable, and sometimes surprisingly funny. Along the way, you will meet many memorable characters. Some people you trust may turn against you. At the same time, some enemies may have reasons for their actions that make you understand their point of view. These characters and their stories will help make Avalon feel alive and full of surprises.
There is currently no ETA for when Clockwork Revolution will come out.
