Persona 6 and Spyro: A Realm Beyond Have Been Officially Announced
by John Papadopoulos · DSOGamingAtlus and Activision have announced Persona 6 and Spyro: A Realm Beyond at the Xbox Game Showcase 2026 event. These two games appear to be in a very early development stage if their announcement trailers are anything to go by.
The trailer for Spyro: A Realm Beyond is mainly a CG trailer. At the end of it, it shows a few seconds of gameplay footage. According to Activision, the game will come out in Spring 2027. And yes, this will be a multi-platform release, meaning that it will hit the PC on launch day.
The trailer for Persona 6 does not show much. All we get to see is its logo and nothing more. This is a teaser trailer, and it does not include any release window at its end. So, my guess is that we’re looking at a 2028 game. And that’s me being optimistic.
Anyway, right now, we don’t have any additional details about these two games. All we have are their announcement trailers. So, if you are a fan of them, you can at least watch them.
Enjoy!

Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
