Elden Ring Title Update 1.17.2 Released – Full Patch Notes

by · DSOGaming

FromSoftware has just released Title Update 1.17.2 for Elden Ring and shared its full patch notes. So, let’s see what this new update brings to the table.

Patch 1.17.2 is basically a small update. It fixes a visual bug with the Gold Tattoo Chest armor when the Hide Helmet option is on. It also fixes a bug with the Repeating Crossbow Skill. The left-hand graphics now display as they should when you use this skill in your left hand and hold Leontiel’s Greatsword in your right.

The patch also fixes a bug that could cause status buildup when firing Piquebone Arrows and Fletched Piquebone Arrows in a certain way. Lastly, it corrects some text in the credits.

And that’s it. Elden Ring was released in 2022. So, I don’t expect we’ll ever see any major changes. At the same time, I don’t expect we’ll get any huge performance optimizations. FromSoftware may release a couple of patches to fix minor bugs.

As always, Steam will download this update the next time you launch its client. Below, you can also find its full patch notes.
